Residential Real Estate
We provide services to individuals buying or selling their homes. We understand the emotional issues surrounding the sale or purchase of a home and are able to deal with these issues efficiently. We also understand that first time home buyers are unfamiliar with the various transactions involved in purchasing a home and we ensure that we carefully review the transaction with our clients prior to closing. We are also able to assist with residential tenancy matters including the drafting of leases.

Wills, Estates and Trusts
We draft and prepare standard Wills and Powers of Attorney, as well as structure more
complex estate planning matters involving both inter vivos and testamentary trusts, roll-overs and other deferred taxation strategies, mirror wills and associated agreements. Multiple Wills, where assets which do not require a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee in order to be disposed of, are dealt with in a separate will from the Testator’s other assets.
